Are you tired of being asked, "When will it arrive?"

Are you tired of being asked, "When will it arrive?"

60% of customers abandon their purchases on websites with unclear shipping information.

Customers abandon their carts right before purchase

"Will it arrive on time if I order today?" After adding items to their cart, customers look for business days. If they can't find them, they can't click the purchase button with confidence. One reason for the 70% cart abandonment rate is the lack of transparency in delivery schedules.

Inquiries never stop

"If I order on Friday, will it arrive on Monday?" "Can you process orders even on Saturday?" Time that could be spent on product development or customer acquisition is instead used to answer the same questions repeatedly.

Discrepancies between expectations and reality lead to complaints

If business days are not communicated, customers expect "fast delivery." If it doesn't arrive, they leave negative reviews. If you forget to announce closures during Golden Week or year-end/New Year holidays, you'll be flooded with cancellations and complaints.

Shipping and support, communicated separately

Shipping and support, communicated separately

Accurately communicate different business days for each task

Shipping Calendar

Displays warehouse operating days and hours. You can also provide information such as "Orders placed by 12 PM today will be shipped the same day." This reduces inquiries about "when will it arrive?" as customers can check the shipping timing themselves.

Support Calendar

Displays customer support operating days and hours. You can convey information tailored to your actual operations, such as "No shipping on Saturdays, but support is available" or "Completely closed on Sundays." Even if inquiries come in outside business hours, customers understand that "it's currently outside operating hours," which prevents complaints about "no response."

Why Separate Them?

In many shops, the operating days for shipping and customer support differ. For example, the warehouse may be closed on weekends, while support is available on Saturdays. If these are displayed on a single calendar, it can lead to misunderstandings such as "It says support is available on Saturday, but my order hasn't shipped."

Choose according to the installation location

Choose according to the installation location

It's easier to convey when shown on a calendar than written in text.

The most effective placement is on the "Shipping Information" page.

This is where customers go when they want to know "when will it arrive?" Having a business day calendar here conveys the information at a glance more effectively than simply stating "closed on weekends and holidays." When customers can visually see the closed days, they can make purchases with confidence.

Calendar Display

Displays business days and closed days in a monthly calendar format. This is ideal for places where customers might want to check business days, such as the shipping information page, footer, or contact us page.

List Display

Displays upcoming business days in a list format. If linked with Google Calendar, event information such as sales and temporary closures can also be displayed by date.

Text Display

Displays simple text such as "Ships today, arrives in as little as ◯ days." Placing this near the "Add to Cart" button on product pages can encourage purchases.

Easy to design and install

Easy to design and install

You can easily arrange elements from the theme editor without coding, while viewing the actual design.

Simply open the Shopify theme editor and add the app block to install. No code editing is required.

You can freely assign different calendars to different pages, such as a shipping calendar on product pages or around the cart, and a support calendar on the contact page.

It also supports App Embed, which displays the calendar as a floating widget on all pages.

Automate Inbox chat

Automate Inbox chat

Preventing "no response" complaints

We will link Shopify Inbox's chat widget with the business hours of the support calendar.

The chat will be displayed during business hours, and hidden or show a "We are currently closed" message outside of business hours.

This prevents low ratings such as "slow response" or "poor service" for inquiries received late at night or on holidays. Customers can also make inquiries with the understanding that it is outside of service hours, preventing a mismatch in expectations.

Google Calendar Integration

Google Calendar Integration

There's no need to input sales or temporary closures into a separate system.

Events from Google Calendar are automatically reflected in your store's calendar via an iCal URL.

You don't need to manually enter events like time sales, point-up campaigns, temporary closures, or inventory count closures into the app's admin screen.

Simply add events to the Google Calendar you normally use, and they will be reflected in your store's calendar. If you share the calendar with your team, anyone can update it.

Supports Japan Standard Time and Japanese holidays

Supports Japan Standard Time and Japanese holidays

Designed for Japan, something not achievable with overseas apps

Operates accurately according to Japan Standard Time (JST)

If you set "Orders placed by 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day," it will switch at 12:00 PM JST. Overseas apps may not switch at the intended time because their time zones operate in UTC or PST.

Automatically retrieves Japanese holidays

You don't need to manually set holidays whose dates change every year, such as the Vernal Equinox Day and Autumnal Equinox Day, or substitute holidays. You can also set whether to treat holidays as business closures or as regular business days.

Full support in Japanese

Both the administration screen and calendar display are entirely in Japanese. You won't get lost in the settings.
