ARMERIA LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) recognizes the protection of personal information as an important responsibility and handles personal information appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

We may collect information you provide when making an inquiry, such as your name, organization, email address, phone number, and inquiry details. We also collect questions entered into the AI website guide. Our web server may record technical data such as IP address, browser information, and access time.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to respond to inquiries, generate answers through the AI website guide, provide and improve our services, send important notices, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
3. Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose personal information to third parties except with your consent, when required by law, or when sharing the minimum necessary information with service providers. The AI website guide may send question text to an external AI service provider to generate an answer. Do not enter names, contact details, confidential business information, or other sensitive information. We require appropriate safeguards from our service providers.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or damage.

7. Information handling in our Shopify apps
The apps we provide through the Shopify App Store (the “Apps”) obtain store information and the data required for each App’s features through the Shopify API, within the access scopes displayed at installation. We do not collect or store any information beyond what is required to provide the App’s features. Account information of store staff who use an App’s admin interface, such as name and email address, is held as part of the Shopify authentication session. We use the information obtained solely to provide, maintain, and support the Apps and to compile usage statistics, and we do not disclose it to third parties except when required by law or when sharing the minimum necessary information with service providers such as hosting providers. When a store uninstalls an App, we delete that store’s data within a reasonable period in accordance with Shopify’s requirements. The Apps also support Shopify’s mandatory data deletion and data request mechanisms (GDPR compliance webhooks).
